🍟 🥤 PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN FOOD TO THIS EVENT. Fresh refreshments will be available on the night contactless and cash payments welcome.
Please follow social distancing rules a the one-way system will be in place.
No dogs

Due to social distancing, we are limiting the number of cars on-site.
You must also be prepared to ensure that you adhere to the current social distancing requirements.

What happens when I arrive?
This is a drive-in screening and you are required to follow instructions and adhere to social distancing requirements. This will be laid out in a leaflet handed to you on arrival.
Please note, film start times are guidelines as we need an element of darkness for you to enjoy the film. We will email you on the day if there are any changes to our schedule. We will also place this information on social media too.
Can I bring food?
Please do not bring your own refreshments, we have drinks, chips, pizza and ice cream on-site on the night
Smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping and similar?
To ensure that everyone has a choice to smoke or not we ask those who wish to smoke to use the designated locations. Any questions about this feel free to ask a member of our event staff wearing snazzy hi-viz jackets.
What if it rains or the event is cancelled?
The Open Air Cinema will decide to cancel the event if potential heavy rain or high winds appear to make it too dangerous for the event to go ahead. We will refund your ticket immediately but your booking fee will be retained by Billetto. Other than this and like other outdoor concerts, all tickets are non-refundable.
Remember we can screen when it rains so if it hasn't been cancelled at our box office or Facebook pages. The event will go ahead.
The Open Air Cinema will reserve to the right to ask patrons to leave without refund, for anti-social behaviour

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
