On Friday 2nd September, famed chefs – Norbert Niederkofler, holder of two Michelin stars from Restaurant St. Hubertus, Relais & Chateaux Rosa Alpina, DOLOMITES in South Tyrol, Italy and Jacob Kenedy of the acclaimed Italian restaurant Bocca Di Lupo, will host a truly delicious dinner celebrating the best of Italy’s luxury gastronomy, in the intimate surroundings of Bocca Di Lupo in Soho.
The two chefs have collaborated to create a special four-course menu, which will tell a story of exceptional Italian ingredients from the highlands to the lowlands of Italy. The exquisite menu features dishes such as spider crab and artichoke crostini andtagliolini gratinati with red prawns & samphire from Jacob Kenedy; and ‘Once upon a time there was a trout’, a signature dish of Norbert Niederkofler a combination of tartar, caviar and crispy trout skin as well as 'Snow Footprints', a delectable dessert featuring creamy chocolate Lavazza coffee fondant with caramel footprints to provide an indulgent end to the meal.
Upon arrival guests will begin their gastronomic journey with Lavazza's celebrated Espresso martinis and enjoy perfectly paired wines to complement their meals before rounding off with Lavazza espresso gelato bonbons and coffee.
