Whether you're partnered or flying solo, Taste of Tantra is a beginner-friendly, guided journey into the playful, powerful and tender world of tantra. If you have been curious to explore this rich, wonderful practice - here is your invitation to join the party!
This online workshop is an invitation to awaken your senses, soften into your body and connect deeper with yourself and/or your partner.
We will explore gentle but potent exercises like:

🔥 Round of sharings.
🔥 Experiencing the magnetic polarity of masculine & feminine energy (we all have both!).
🔥 Moving your body to connect with your sensuality & allowing your expression to flow.
🔥 Connecting/linking the heart space with your sacral chakra energy.
🔥 Receiving a guided meditation to help with energy building, presence and sacral chakra release.
🔥 Gentle Kundalini (life force) energy activation.
This workshop will help you feel more open, connected and alive.
Think: playfulness, belly laughs, tingles, permission, pleasure, curiosity and love.

For more experienced couples/singles, this workshop can be an opportunity to go "Back to Basics" and rediscover the foundations of tantric practice.
About the host:
I'm Ellinor Madeland, a space-holder, guide and devoted explorer of tantra for over a decade. Throughout my journey, I have immersed myself in many forms of tantric practice - each offering a unique perspective on energy and connection.
The flavour of tantra I bring is one rooted deeply in heart connection - tender, real and resonant - while also embracing the playful edge of the unknown.
My intention is to create experiences that are both sacred and light-hearted, expansive and grounding - where you're free to explore at your own pace, honour your boundaries and return home to yourself.
