Las mujeres somos cíclicas . A lo largo de un ciclo menstrual vivimos cuatro etapas diferentes, con una energía distinta en cada una de ellas.
Conocer estas fases te ayudará a reconocer tus necesidades de una manera más sencilla, respetando tus procesos, adecuando tu vida a lo que necesitas en cada momento, organizando la forma de vivas más plena y consciente tus cambios.
Esta sabiduría es ancestral , la llevamos implícitamente todas las mujeres. Ahora estamos viviendo momentos de necesitar reconectar con nuestra intuición y con el poder de nuestra energía femenina, para así desplegar nuestra creatividad y vivir con la plenitud que merecemos.
¿A quién va dirigido este taller?
Este taller va dirigido a mujeres que:
- Quieren conocerse mejor y respetar sus ritmos vitales.
- Quieren conectar con el poder del ciclo menstrual, la intuición y lo sagrado femenino.
- Quieren reconciliarse con las experiencias “negativas” de su menstruación.
- Quieren aportar esta información a los jóvenes que se inician en su ciclicidad.
- Quieren vivir su sexualidad respetando los ritmos sagrados de su cuerpo.
- Madres e hijas que quieren compartir esta sabiduría.
¿Cual es el formato del taller?
Formato mensual:
El taller se compone de cuatro talleres de tres horas cada uno, uno al mes.
Programa del taller
Profundización de los arquetipos del ciclo menstrual de manera teórica.
Práctica de kundalini yoga especial para la mujer, diseñada para trabajar con la energía de cada arquetipo.
Dinámicas que te llevarán a vivir la energía de ese arquetipo en ti.
Compartir entre mujeres las propias vivencias sobre sus ciclos menstruales.
Meditación específica para cada diosa.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
