HELLO. I’m Pandora Paloma, Life and Business Coach, Author and Speaker, and Founder of Rooted Living.

It’s my mission to be a voice for women. A voice that stands up and says…

“I’m a free woman. A free spirit.

A free body. A free mind”

It’s my mission to help women and female entrepreneurs to elevate their minds, expand their beliefs and live their vision.

I help change women think and feel, using my transformative four pillars: clearing the path of old beliefs, becoming new (forming new beliefs), mastering modern manifestation and holding their vision to move towards their dreams and intentions and create a life they love.

I do what I do because for a long time, I felt incredibly lost. I had eating disorders growing up and always grappled with a sense of purpose. I worked my way up to Director level in PR and Communications - a job I thought I loved but when I got there and felt like I had it all - the money, the flat, the title - I realised I had been on the wrong path. I had been people pleasing - doing everything for everyone else - and nothing for me and it had left me feeling depleted and lacking in a sense of self.

AND THEN ONE DAY EVERYTHING CHANGED

i’m not exactly sure of the run of events after the day I enrolled in a nutrition course but I’m certain it was like a light had been turned on. I went freelance and managed my own PR clients, whilst studying nutrition and yoga. As soon as I qualified I was called to get out there and teach. I no longer had fear or imposter syndrome because I felt so deeply like I was finally on the right path. I specialised in Intuitive Eating and Anti-Diet and quickly realised that food wasn’t the problem - it was how we were living (or not living) that was causing us to use food as a coping mechanism. I knew then I was ready to do something good in the world and share a message about expanding our minds and take aligned action to create impact in the world.

AND MY COACHING BUSINESS WAS BORN

Drawing on my own experiences and background in helping brands get visible, alongside a unique training in Nutrition, Life & Business Coaching, Reiki, Yoga, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping), Matrix Re-imprinting and Meditation, my coaching style is spreadsheets meets spirituality. I use this mix of modalities to support clients to manage their inner critic, build self-worth, be more visible and create and live their vision in life and business.

My book Intuitive Living: 6 Weeks to Self-love, Intuitive Eating & Re-claiming your Mind-Body Connection was published by Orion Spring in May 2019. With a 360 approach to eating and living it, it explores how our intuition or ‘inner GPS’ is our superpower and how tapping into this wisdom can be our greatest guide in not just how we eat, but how we live. The book was inspired by my 6 week course, which you can find here.

I work with clients on a 1:1, host day retreats in London and group online programmes.

I’ve written expert advice and comment pieces for the UK’s leading magazines including Stylist, Elle, Brydie, Refinery 29, Women’s Health, Hip & Healthy and Get the Gloss and hosted talks and panels for Stylist Live, Spotify, Bare Minerals and the Lulu Lemon Community. I regularly work with brands to spread the message of magnetism - Soho House Group, Nicholas Kirkwood, Adidas, Aveda, Freepeople, Topshop and Puma to name a few.

I live between London and the Kent coast and when I’m not spreading self-acceptance, the power of magnetism and female empowerment, you’ll find me found walking by the sea with my daughter, partner and dog. You might also find me dancing to techno but most often cooking and eating in my kitchen at home (intuitively of course!).

THE TABLE BROADSTAIRS-
9 YORK STREET, BROADSTAIRS, CT10 1PD

Broadstairs is a solid 1 hour and 20 minutes away from London's St Pancras International if you hop on the train. If you're hitting the road, it's a groovy 80-mile drive in just under 2 hours. Now, check this out: the A255 runs right through Broadstairs, making it a breeze to connect with the A299 and explore the rest of Thanet and beyond, all the way to London town. But here's the kicker: we're talking a mere 30 seconds from the picture-perfect Broadstairs beaches. That's right, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from pure seaside bliss.
