Issues like these can be described, explored and solved using Transactional Analysis (T.A.).
The TA101 is a 12-hour training course that covers the principal models and concepts of T.A. and can open your eyes to the interactions that are going on between people: interactions that most people are completely unaware of.
No previous training is required - this course is suitable for beginners and also for professionals. For qualified counsellors and psychotherapists this course can be counted as 12 hours' CPD. The syllabus is regulated, and all participants who complete the course will be awarded an internationally-recognised certificate.
The course venue is accessible for wheelchair users and has ample free parking. Kitchenette facilities are available, so you can either buy lunch from a small local supermarket, or bring luch with you. Refreshments (tea, coffee etc) are provided.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your TA101 - Understanding Self & Others tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
