The third event in our Suppers For Good series features Baba Souks, a wonderful neighbourhood restaurant on Broadway Market, serving authentic vegan and vegetarian food from the Eastern Mediterranean. It’s healthy & satisfying, and all freshly made from scratch.
They have been inspired by their love of food, to create a place where people can come to enjoy themselves. Baba Souks are somewhere you can escape mass food production and immerse yourself in traditional cooking.
Baba Souks have designed a three course menu that encapsulates the flavours and food that they love.

Selection of mezze, served with freshly baked Afghani flatbreads, including:
Dukka & Olive Oil, served with sourdough bread
Padron Peppers, tossed in Malden sea salt
Hummus with olive oil, paprika & parsley
Moutabal - roasted aubergine, tahini & garlic puree
Homemade Falafels, topped with tahini & sumac
Batata Harra - fried potatoes tossed in garlic, coriander, sea salt & urfa chilli
Ezme Salad, chopped grilled tomatoes, peppers & onions with pomegranate dressing
Selection of Mains
Sauteed leek & mushroom labneh, with hazelnut & black garlic dressing, served with Afghani flatbread.
Moudardara, red pepper stuffed with rice and Lebanese lentils.
Stuffed Aubergine, with pistachios & a cumin tahini yoghurt, served with spicy Afghani bread.
Sweet roasted pumpkin, with tahini & walnuts
Halva & walnut brownie
A bar will be available throughout the night.
