Suppers For Good by Slaw Food for Made In Hackney

From GBP 40.00

Description

Suppers For Good is a new supper club series from Made In Hackney featuring the finest chefs from London's plant-based food scene.

The inaugural supper will see Anthony Cotton, chef and co-founder of Slaw Food, take you on a 4 course culinary journey that showcases his fresh, flavoursome, colourful plates described by one Made In Hackney supporter as, "The best food I have ever eaten. Anywhere." And this person has eaten in a lot of places!

The menu will be revealed on the night but signature dishes from Slaw's Islington pop up included roasted and pickled carrots with carrot top pesto and hazelnut rye crumb; fresh tortilla with cauliflower puree, roasted purple cauliflower, charred corn, crispy cavelo nero and herby salsa; and sea salt chocolate ganache served with almond biscuits, caramel and maple hazelnuts. Are you salivating yet? You will be!

The meal will be accompanied by the world's best gluten-free focaccia made by The Plant Hubs own Antonio aka The Rainbow Chef and all diners will receive a complimentary kombucha-based alcohol free cocktail on arrival. A bar will be available throughout the night.

Dishes will be 100% plant-based and gluten-free. The Plant-Hub is a gluten-free venue so is celiac friendly.

All proceeds raised from the event will be used to fund Made In Hackney's cookery classes with vulnerable and in-need community groups across the capital. Yes - you get to eat all this amazing food in the name of a good cause! Now that's a night out.

Thankyou to our friends at The Plant Hub for hosting this event.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

  • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

  • Where do I find a link to an online event?

Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the event online. For more information on this, read here.
