For four nights only, be the first to discover ‘Sprout’, a new dining experience from Doherty celebrating the finest seasonal ingredients. On arrival enjoy a Sipsmith cocktail with snacks to match, then graze on playful sharing plates before moving to the main event - a scrumptious dish inspired by Doherty’s favourite British and European flavours. Last but not least, finish on a sweet note with a modern twist on a classic dessert.
