The Corona SunSet Sessions will be launching for the first time with legendary Greg Wilson, spinning for over 3 hours from 7:30pm-11:00pm, with support across the venue from Pedestrian.
One of the most important figures on the UK dance scene, Greg Wilson has been DJing since 1975 and enjoyed hugely popular early 80's residencies at Wigan Pier, Manchester's Legend and The Hacienda. In 1983, he became the first DJ to mix live on British TV, put together the first UK re-edit and taught a young Norman Cook (Fatboy Slim) how to scratch. Nominated by DJ magazine for outstanding contribution, and also named amongst their top 20 remixers of all-time, his edits and mixes continue to feature on the playlists of DJ's in every continent.
Joining legend Greg Wilson is Pedestrian, a notorious sound wanderer, sonic sculptor and dancefloor master. His intricate, crystallised production and an instinct for DJ sets can captivate any club and has seen him ranked in K Magazine’s ‘10 Bass Music Artists to watch out for in 2012.
Both will be performing exclusive sets to bring the perfect sunset experience led by Corona. The brand will also be revealing a range of Corona cocktails that have been specially created by leading mixologist Nick Strangeway.
