Thirst for ideas? Time to get blethered. Inspiring monthly talks by uniquely awesome people.

The Blether’s Sunday Speakeasy sessions are so excited to welcome Lisa Harvey, a doctor of Clinical Psychology. Before training Lisa had a fascination for how different substances affected our minds and bodies. She worked as a frontline substance misuse worker in her twenties, which inspired her to study psychology with special interest in the area of psychopharmacology. She has completed research into recreational users of MDMA PSYCHOMOTOR FUNCTUON, and her doctoral thesis was on psychosis proneness and dependence on skunk and ketamine. From a personal perspective Lisa grew up with a father advocating use of psychedelics to alter and expand consciousness and continues to be an advocate in both social and professional settings to explore therapeutic usage of drugs, alongside better understanding health risks. She is a supporter of a rationally planned and well thought out decriminalisation of substances.

Come along and hear a thought provoking talk alongside a delicious menu curated by Feest London and wine tasting with pop up wine bar Divino in Vino. Start your week the right way with a Sunday Speakeasy
