    Description

Join us this Sunday morning, as Woolwich and Jubilee PIWCs lead Sunday service.

Following Government guideline on social distancing, the capacity at our flagship building has been greatly reduced to 100 - which means that you'll need to book tickets in order to join us for this very special service.

We will only be able to admit those who have booked a ticket.

Our total ticket allocation has been evenly distributed across participating, so if you're interested in joining us for Sunday service - please find the allocation for your local branch and select the necessary amount of tickets needed. Please note - children of all ages are welcome to this family service, but will require a ticket to be booked for them.

In order to accommodate as many people as joining us at Jubilee Temple, we ask that you be mindful of making large ticket requests and consider hybrid arrangements to join us on Sunday.

Do note, our Digital Services shall be continuing on Sundays - with a live stream of our in-person services to be made available via Facebook and YouTube from 11:00am.

    Additional Information

    • Jubilee Temple will open 30 minutes before the start of the service, so please do make sure you arrive in good time. It will likely take us some time to ensure everyone is in the building safely, but please do bear with our ushering team as they coordinate this process on the day. We thank you for your patience and assistance in advance.
    • All tickets will be cross-checked on arrival, so please either print these out for inspection or have this opened up on your phone to speed up the process.
    • Upon entry, all attendees will be asked to sanitise your hands. Our ushering team will likely also seek to confirm or take some personal details, as part of the Government's NHS Track and Trace scheme. We will only share your name, contact number, date of attendance, arrival time and departure time with the NHS - if requested.
    • You’ll need to have your own face covering, ready to wear whilst you’re with us - and take home with you after the service. Children under the age of 11 and those with recognised exemptions are exempt from wearing a face mask.
    • A one-way system has been implemented in the building, so do follow the instructions of the ushering team, as they show you where you and or your group should sit. Signage will be displayed throughout the churches to facilitate social distancing and hygiene procedures
    • Should you be attending service with children, please make sure they are seated with you at all times during service. For the time being, we will not be running a separate in-person Sunday School, though our Online Class will continue - every Sunday from 10:00am - 10:40am via zoom.
    • Toilets facilities will be available during service, but there will be a limit to the number of people able to be in the bathroom area at one time, due to social distancing. Please do seek and adhere to the guidance of the ushering team.
    • As we embark upon this new look to services, we'd appreciate your feedback. We'll send out a short survey after service, in order to collect your feedback - we’d be so grateful if you could spare a few minutes to fill it in.
    • If you (or someone in your household) start to experience any COVID-19 symptoms or receive a positive COVID-19 test result after attending our service, please inform the District Minister (Pastor William Kugbeadjor) on 075066991897 as a matter of urgency or alternatively - please email livingpiwc@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If you or any of your household has booked a ticket, but:

    • feel unwell
    • show or have shown any symptoms of COVID-19 (or have been in close contact with someone who has) within the last 14 days
    • have been diagnosed with COVID-19 (or been in close contact with someone who has) within the last 14 days
    • have been asked to self-isolate under the NHS Test and Trace scheme or have returned from a country outside of the UK government exemption list in the last 14 days

we would kindly ask you to please stay at home and join us via Facebook or YouTube for our service.
