After a stunning start to this Sunday Sangha last week we are come together for more of the same.
Keeping the topics in Yoga, consciousness and how to acheive connection.
In the last event we shared a theme of the inner light with- RAM.
Now as we approach the inward breath of the seasons this is a great time to turn our conscious atention to this Sangha's theme: DEATH and great deity MOTHER KALI -who actually turns death upside down ! -
We will have special guests Caroline Rosie Dent ( end of life dula ) AND- blessed to have amazing Sivani Mata Francis to share one chant with us .
AND - WOW ...drum leader Regina Martin to share her voice and drums too ! .
THIS London Yogi community gathering hosted by Jason KaliDas and Charlie Kelly will be a sharing on the yogic topics above and more. Live music meditations ( Nada yoga) , conscious breathing together, Kirtan chanting (Bhakti yoga ) and free chai!
Please bring a cushion to this event if you can and /or a blaket.

Sangha means 'association' or 'community' of like minded souls on the path, or interseted in the paths of Yoga. Open to all that are looking for comunity and are interested in union.
Sunday Sangha is hosted by Charlie Kelly, Jason KaliDas and Humble Warrior London - HWLDN with the intent to bring Yogis together and to share each others wisodom, understanding and energy.
The night will include an open talk /sharing on yoga concepts/ phillosaphies, Indian classical music for Nada yoga meditation, chanting as well we will share loved up vegan spiced chai with time for hanung out and meeting other yogis!
