Celebrate your inner power with the energy of the summer sun!
The summer solstice is your opportunity to awaken your spirit and reconnect your inner-self with the powers of the sun on the longest, lightest day of the year.
Hatha Mica and Inner Peace Reiki gather to host Summer Solstice Wellness! Join us for 90-minutes of relaxation, abundance and cleansing (from wherever you are!)
This free online event will feature a 30-minute virtual gentle yoga session focusing on recharge and release under the sun's brightest energy, followed by a 30-minute distance crystal reiki healing and guided meditation. We close and open our collective class in the spirit of summer with mindful breath and song.
Harness the solstice energy with Micaela Rodriguez, 200-HR RYT Yoga Instructor, and recharge your inner light with Zoe Oliver, Certified Reiki Practitioner.
