STRIP 'N' ROLL - 60's and 70's inspired no bullshit rockers are back after a short break having refreshed and reformed. The band only recently won an award for their album Mash Up which can be downloaded here:
HOO HAs - Local band channeling the spirit of gun club, violent femmes, blur and hendrix in a wild but honest mash up of their own. 'This is the new me' is their next single available April 15th. Preview that track here:
MAINSQUEEZE - Blues, soul, and rock 4-piece from Canterbury. The band take influences from 60's and 70's rock, blues and jazz - Steely Dan, Beach Boys, Led Zep, Miles Davis & Pink Floyd to name a few.
This is one of MainSqueeze's first shows together but individually their musical ventures have taken them around the block - for drummer Denis Curry touring the US in the 90's; for guitarist and front man Andy Lester playing support for the likes of Dr Feelgood, Joe Jackson, Geno Washington, Mungo Jerry going back to the early 80's, and more recently award winning blues artist Katie Bradley.
