Description
This is the first event of the South West London String Group. I have been inspired by amateur piano groups in London to set up a similar group for amateur string players. Compared to child learners, adult instrumental learners typically have fewer opportunities to perform. The idea behind this group is to have adults play for one another in a wholly supportive environment, have fun and derive some of the benefits of performing. The venue is acoustically friendly and there is a Schimmel grand piano on which you can be accompanied. String players of all standards are welcome. Bring your accompanist, play solo or in a chamber group. If you do not have an accompanist, please contact me (Carol, swlondonsg@gmail.com) attaching the piano part as I may be able to find you one.
Under 18s are welcome if accompanied by a responsible adult.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Strings performance afternoon tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
