In the world we find ourselves in, levels of stress and anxiety are higher than ever. Join us for an exclusive workshop where we will provide you with tools from Yoga and Ayurveda that you can bring into your every day life to help you take control of your stress and anxiety.
The workshop will include:
- Open discussion around stress and anxiety
- Asanas (Poses) and sequences to help reduce stress and anxiety
- Pranayama (breathing practices)
- Colour Meditation
- Abhyangam - Ayurvedic Self Massage tutorial
- Dincharya - Your Ayurvedic daily routine
- Restorative asanas and rotation of consciousness
- Closing group discussion
Following on from the workshop you will receive a digital pack including:
- a step-by-step guide for abhyangam
- a step-by-step guide for the daily routine of dincharya
- an audio recording of the rotation of consciousness.
The workshop is hosted by Chelsea from Wildflower Yoga Therapy.
Chelsea is a Yoga and Ayurvedic Therapist trained in India. Her focus is to bring the traditional practices of Yoga and Ayurveda to help support physical and mental health in an accessible and affordable way
