One hundred guests will gather on the 34th floor above the bustling London crowds to experience excerpts from Jody’s upcoming Maldivian workshops, including tried and tested techniques to overcome stress and anxiety, and tools to use when feeling overworked, worried and congested. Inspirational speaker and lululemon ambassador Jody Shield will leave guests feeling lighter and more positive through a series of talks and meditation exercises.
Jody will also be holding a recharging meditation to refuel your energy levels and nourish your mind, body and soul.
