Jasmine Hemsley

Jasmine Hemsley - A wellbeing expert, Jasmine Hemsley has inspired a global audience to shift their perspectives on food and lifestyle as a founder of Hemsley + Hemsley. With a passion for home-cooked food and natural remedies, she has captured the attention of a vast global audience, and uses her platform as an author and influencer to encourage a return to a simpler, more mindful everyday life.

Julia Hardy

Julia Hardy is an experienced TV Presenter, writer, radio presenter and live host from London specialising in technology, video games, YouTube and pretty much anything to do with the online self. One of the other things Julia is most passionate about is affecting change for women. She has a blog called Misogyny Monday, which holds a sharp-tongued mirror up to the abuse that women receive online. She has just gotten back from Canada where she did a Tedx talk on the subject to 1300 people, bringing her inimitable style of humour to what is a very touchy and difficult subject to approach. As a depression sufferer herself, Julia is well versed on the importance on speaking out and combatting issues associated with mental health.

Naomi Shimada

Naomi is a 29-year-old model, activist, spokesperson, documentary maker, panelist and self-confessed “professional loud mouth”.

Daisy Buchanan

Daisy is Grazia UK's resident agony aunt, starting her column Dear Daisy in October 2015 and sharing her wisdom with Grazia's 120,000 readers. Daisy is a frequent fixture in the Guardian's 'most-read' section, covering everything from trying out masturbation apps to hiring a tutor. She's a Telegraph Women columnist, and writes regularly for titles including The Daily Mail, Esquire, Glamour, Look, Marie Claire, Stylist, The Pool and The Sunday Times. Her internet dating book Meeting Your Match was published in January 2015, and her first book, The Wickedly Unofficial Guide to Made in Chelsea was published as an eBook in Autumn 2013. She's a regular broadcast contributor, appearing on The Today Show, Woman's Hour, Last Word, BBC London, 5 Live Breakfast, London Live and This Morning.

Joan Murphy

Joan is one half of the Frame / MumHood founder duo. Over the past 9 years, Joan has opened 5 London studios whilst launching MumHood and starting a young family. Joan is well aware of the importance of keeping yourself sane whilst spinning a huge amount of plates!

Rosemary Ferguson

A former model, Rosemary is now a trained naturopath & nutritional therapist and a mum of three. A firm believer that what you put in your body has a massive effect on how you feel physically and mentally, Rosemary aims to make it achievable and that through nutrition and a bit of self care you can give your body the tools it needs to cope with the crazy lives we all lead.
