The Gallery is proud to be hosting New World Whisky Distillery for a Starward Single Malt Whisky Masterclass. Starward’s founder, David Vitale, will be guiding us through everything from the history of whisky in Australia, the concept of Starward as a modern Australian whisky, their production process and plans for the future.
Throughout the night we will be sampling their new make spirit, 3 different barrel samples (200L, 100L and 50L), and two final products Starward Solera and the Starward Wine Cask due to be released next year.
We will also be lucky enough to be tasting one of their one-off projects that is not being released outside Australia.
Tickets include 7 whisky samples, some light food and a few other surprises. Please contact us if you have any dietary requirements.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
