People on the reserve list will be contacted in the order that they signed up for reserve list tickets. This order will be determined by the time stamp provided by the ticketing site.

Birmingham will once again play host to a X-Wing System Open in the UK!

With the Yavin System Open being in the UK the past two years it has formed a reputation of being not only one of the largest X-Wing events in the world, but also one of the most welcoming and fun to participate in. So with Birmingham once gain as the host we are looking to go even bigger.

Following its success last year there are two ticket options again:

Captains Ticket: £25
The Captains Tickets gives you access to the main event and all side events over the weekend

Admirals Ticket: £60
The Admirals Ticket gives you access to the main event and all side events and also includes a System Open exclusive star field playmat of Mandalore. (these tickets are limited)

Tickets can be refunded up to one month before the event (this will not include any fees charged by Billetto)

Event structures:

Main event

Registration for the main event opens at 8am on Saturday morning and closes at 9.30am sharp.

Day 1
Day 1 will start with 3 rounds of swiss. Players with 1 or fewer wins will be entered into the Hangar Bay side event. Players with 2 or more wins will play a further 3 rounds and after this all players on 5 wins or more will qualify for the elimination rounds on Day 2. Players who did not qualify for the elimination round will we added to the Hyperspace Qualifier on Day 2, along with all the players from the Hangar Bay

Day 2
Players who have qualified for the elimination round can register from 8am on Sunday. Registration will close at 9am with the elimination rounds starting soon after.

Side Events

Hangar Bay:
All players from the main event who do not qualify for the second part of Day 1 can register for the Hangar Bay side event.

Hyperspace Qualifier:
All main event players not in the elimination rounds can register for the Hyperspace Qualifier. Registration opens at 8.30am and closes at 9.30am. the event will start after the elimination rounds have started. This is a 6 round tournament with extra prize support, including an invitation to the Coruscant Invitational for all unbeaten players. Players in the elimination rounds can enter this event as they are knocked out up until the top8. They enter this event with byes for the rounds they have missed.
