Description
A retreat for photographers:
- Three nights stay in beachside cottages
- Sessions led by Alexa Loy and Rebecca Douglas
- A visit to Tate St Ives and a walking tour with a local storyteller
- All your food and drink for the weekend
- Private Facebook group to get to know each other before our trip and continue to keep in touch afterwards
*You may purchase a ticket by paying 50% of the full amount for your room chosen and the balance will be due 1st February 2019*

Tickets
Tickets are non refundable but may be sold on to another participant. Please ensure you have your own camera insurance and holiday insurance.
Schedule
All details are correct at the time of publishing this event, but may be subject to change at our discretion.
Accomodation
Rooms are allocated at the discretion of the retreat organisers. We have done our best to describe the rooms available. You are welcome to take the weekend at your own pace. Please note the cottages are situated in the countryside by the beach so terrain will be bumpy and will require sturdy footwear.
Food
Please let us know your dietary requirements for the evening and lunch meals which are catered for you. Breakfast, snacks and drinks will be help your self style buffet and as such, no responsibility is taken for food allergies or intolerances.
Cancellation :
In the event of rain, snow, strong winds or any other adverse weather conditions on the
dates specified, Alexa Loy will make any necessary changes to the weekend retreat at her sole discretion.
She will, with the cooperation of the attendees, give her best effort to produce coverage of the
event within the time allocated. In the unlikely event of Alexa or other speakers having to cancel their services due to reasons beyond their control (sickness, death, injury etc) a full refund will be given, but not before every effort to find a replacement photographer to represent Alexa Loy has been made.
Your privacy
Your details will be kept on a private, secure database and will not be shared with any other person or company. They will only be used to contact you about this photography retreat and future events hosted by Alexa Loy Photography.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
