Description

"The HeartWorks evening retreat was the perfect combination of relaxation and guided reflection. I was unsure what I wanted from the retreat, but after the “what’s next for me” exercise, I not only found a new goal, I was given the tools and drive to make a start. If you’re looking for a way to re-energise and get back you drive, I can’t recommend her retreat enough!" Amber. Sustainability consultant on maternity leave. Tottenham

Inviting parents of young children looking to reconnect with their creativity and purpose to #retreatyourself this spring.

HeartWorks is putting on a day of rest and recharge just for parents at a beautiful country house 35 mins from central London.

We’ve been speaking with creative and purpose driven Mums and Dads around the UK about the realities of parenting and work in 2018. We’ve been hearing about the challenge of competing roles and changing identities, balancing life and work, fitting in self care, and how to find those elusive fulfilling and flexible jobs that fit around small people...

If any of these things ring true for you, HeartWorks is offering an instagram free opportunity for you to carve out some time for yourself and make some gentle plans for what comes next.

At this Spring retreat, you can expect to head home having:

  • Stepped out of routine and into a supportive getaway space
  • Met some like-minded people
  • Gently stretched your body and explored the natural surroundings
  • Had enriching coaching conversations in small groups, exploring and creating some new plans
  • Consumed delicious (and nutritious) food and drink
  • Enjoy a relaxing arm and hand massage and had the chance to learn yourself
  • Created your own aromatherapy blend as a reminder of the day
  • Had at least one belly laugh
  • The energy, encouragement and headspace to make some manageable changes for you and your family

Listening: We will help you to listen to yourself and to each other, so that you can connect and reflect on what really matters to you.

Care: We will take care of you and give you what you need to take care of yourself.

Community: We will bring kind, like-minded people together who will support one other and share the experience together.

FAQ

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

  • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

  • Where do I find a link to an online event?

Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the event online. For more information on this, read here.
