Description
We are delighted to invite you to our relaxing and rejuvenating inaugural yin yoga and sound bath experience, with Lisa Jarvis, Gordon Coxon and Yi Ling Chao, welcoming the Spring Equinox in a workshop designed to help re-balance your energy, release tension and embrace the new season with joy and gratitude.
We will start with a yin yoga session, led by Lisa, followed by a sound bath meditation with Gordon and Yi Ling.
Yin yoga is a gentle and restorative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, enhancing flexibility, circulation, and inner harmony. No prior experience of yoga necessary.
Sound bath meditation utilises instruments including singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, creating resonant tones that literally 'bathe' the body, mind and spirit, promoting a deep sense of well-being, relaxation and inner peace.
Mats and bolsters will be provided but feel free to bring anything else you think you might need to help keep you comfy during the sound bath :) Space is limited, so please book your spot as soon as possible.
25% of the workshop proceeds will be donated to St Catherine’s Hospice, which helps people in Sussex and East Surrey with life-shortening conditions to live in comfort with dignity, independence and choice.
