Spring Equinox New Moon 1:1 Online Meditation Sessions

GBP 0.00

Mar 23 2020 18:00 - 21:30

Due to Government Advice to suspend all non-essential gatherings, the former in-person Yoga & Gong Bath event at Yogis' Well-Being Centre on 24 March is now cancelled. However, I am offering 1:1 online meditation and cacao ceremony sessions on a DONATIONS basis, to be arranged at a time that is suitable for you. See my website for more information. It is all rudimentary at the moment due to how fast things are changing, but I expect that I will refine the system in time.

For the Spring Equinox season only, I am offering a guided grounding meditation journey where you can review and set intentions for the season ahead. The 1:1 attention you will receive will help you to work through any obstacles to meditation. You can harness the equinox energies to carefully review what really is important to you and reset intentions for the season ahead. No doubt, these intentions are going to look and feel different given what is happening. If you are struggling at the moment in any way, we can forgo the theme of the session and focus the practice on what you need in this moment. I am here to support in whatever way I can. NB: This intuitive session may include journalling and card reading.

Please email me directly to BOOK A 1:1 SESSION for a time that suits. I am honestly seeing how this goes as I figure out the technology, but rest assured it is with a commitment to be in service with with the skills and knowledge that I have. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Much love, Jasvindar Kaur.

I'm loving my Yoga & Gong Bath collaborations. (See here for Clapton, East London).

Karen Clancy and I have been harnessing new moon energies since December 19 and we shall be setting intentions for the season as well as the month ahead during this workshop. This is because we have a Spring Equinox complementing this new moon, thus a great time to sow our seeds for our Summers growth and to draw up plans for summer action.

So, with Equinox energies lending potency to our practice, we shall:

Set and review intentions

Enjoy pause and presence

Honour new beginnings

Vision and create

Maintain well-being, balance and focus

What to Expect

Yoga and Sound Healing

Open Level Yoga intuited by Karen Clancy, held by soothing instrumental sounds, including singing bowls and voice that sing deeply to your mind-body-soul as you practice. So far Yogis have shared that the sounds help them to concentrate.

Yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided.

Welcome2Yogis - A cosy space for your practice

Gong Bath

We will flow into a realigning gong bath with some or all of my planetary gongs:

24" Venus (the feminine, romantic love, bliss, creativity, spontaneity)

32" Mars (the masculine, assertiveness, action, war, protection)

36" Earth (The Mother, grounding, deep nourishment, nurture, abundance, creation)

Gong baths stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, the place of 'rest and digest', where healing can occur. They can invoke deep meditation and relaxation. We shall be staying very much in our bodies and learning to work with the sounds to stimulate inner healing.
