Description
As we awaken from our Wintery slumbers, it's definitely a good time to get together for a bit of a celebration! We shall gather in the Redwoods of Dartington to celebrate the arrival of the Spring Equinox - that magical time when light and dark are balanced, and life begins to awaken again around us. The Spring Equinox is also World Storytelling Day so we shall gather and celebrate with fire, food and stories.
We have several local storytellers who will be regaling us with fantastical tales, as we sit around the fire between the redwood trees, as many have done before us. We will also be providing some soup-er, warm and nourishing supper to enjoy around the fire, and we will have a bar set up selling hot and cold drinks.
We will also have a small, simple ceremony to honour this auspicious day in the calendar and share with you some updates on the work of The Woodland Presents.
