Bake and ice pumpkin cakes, decorate Hallowe'en gingerbread cookies & enjoy a relaxing brunch with Marianne at Bakesmiths
The class kicks off with a 5-star brunch from the Bakesmiths menu in our beautiful upstairs baking room, followed by a laid-back morning of baking & decorating. Marianne, the resident pastry chef-tutor, will help you create some super moist spiced pumpkin cakes baked off in chic individual moulds. After baking, you will ice your cakes with classic cream cheese frosting and model your own sugar pumpkins to top them off. Marianne will show you how to decorate your cookies to a professional finish, and personalise with your own message if desired.
You will take home four mini pumpkin cakes, six iced cookies, beautifully boxed, as well as all the scrumptious recipes used in the class.
