Trente & Quarante was created three years ago by three friends: Aymeric, Thibault and Vincent. 30&40 - Apéritif de Normandie, a smooth and well-balanced 23% ABV blend of Calvados and cider apple must with an inch of rum. Named for a Belle Epoque card game played by the glitterati of the Normandy casinos, Trente & Quarante marries tradition, craft and joie de vivre in a fascinating and complex liquid.
Tickets are priced at £30 and include a tasting flight of 3 expressions and 3 cocktails.
