SUMMER SPIRITED SERMONS
Reverend JW Simpson is pleased to announce a brand new series of informative, interactive and irreverent Spirited Sermons master-classes. Hosted by ambassadors and master distillers, Spirited Sermons takes London’s cocktail enthusiasts and aficionados on a journey that explores evolved gins, single barrel bourbon, the essence of agave and the pot stills of Midleton Distillery.
Over the course of the various workshops, guests can expect to: explore a new species of outside-the-box gins; discover some of Kentucky’s finest whiskies; journey through the world of Mezcal and other esoteric agave spirits; or travel back in time to 15th century Ireland and meet whisky’s predecessor.

Tequila is everywhere these days, as people set aside the salt & lime to instead appreciate the amazing range of styles & flavours offered by distillate of the Agave Plant. Regarded as a deity by the Aztecs, Incans & Mayans, our host Tom Bartram will take us on an agave journey through Highland & Lowland Tequilas, the world of Mezcal & other esoteric agave spirits.
