Description
On Sunday 17th September, team freuds will be cycling from London to Folkestone the first leg of a London to Monaco Cycle ride (a cool 117km) to raise money for Blue Marine Foundation.
https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ellie-spice...
To raise funds, we have organised a one off charity spin class at H2 studio in Soho so you can keep fit AND save the sea.
ABOUT SPIN FOR THE SEA
When? 8am on Wednesday 6th September (the class is 45 mins). Start your Wednesday on a smug "I've just worked out" exercise high and save the planet. Win win!
Where? H2 spin studio, Soho, https://www.h2bikerun.co.uk/ The gym is fully equipped with lockers, showers, hair dryers, ghds, shower gel, towels and sweat towels.
Who? We've got ex-1Rebel spin instructor and health and fitness marketing expert Shara to take us through our paces so you can expect to sweat!
How much? Tickets are £15 (and a small ticketing fee of £1.11 making the total cost £16.11). 100% of the £15 will go towards BLUE thanks to Shara and H2 supporting us for free! Every rider will receive a mini Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic face spritzer...
What about the music? As an added incentive, the first 15 to sign up can request a song to spin to. Email your requests to meryl.mcmillan@freuds.com
And if we can't persuade you to spin with us, we'd love for you to donate on our Just Giving page here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ellie-spice...
