  Laksa (soup) -

  Malaysian style chicken soup with root ginger, garlic, fresh coriander, fresh red chilli and coconut as main ingredients. A winter warmer.

  For Vegetarians -

  Malaysian style vegetarian (green beans and corn) soup with root ginger, garlic, fresh coriander, fresh red chilli and coconut as main ingredients. A winter warmer.

  Chicken Rendang -

  A festive recipe. This recipe came over from neighbouring Indonesia centuries ago. A finely balanced ingredients of fresh turmeric root, galangal (local ginger), lemon grass and coconut lift up this dish.

  For Vegetarians -

  Stir-fried tofu and capsicum with a dash of sesame oil.

  Eggplant with dried Anchovies -

  A combination of salty, sweet, sour and spicy dish

  Ladies Fingers Sambol -

  A stir-fried dish (okra) with red onion, and fresh red chillies and shrimp paste.

  Blachan Spinach -

  Spinach cooked with shrimp paste, soy sauce and garlic
