Learn how to improve one's acceleration and speed for sporting performance in this 3hr evening workshop delivered by experienced and knowledgable UKSCA accredited strength & conditioning coaches who train athletes from: Women's FA, Arsenal Women's FC, Netball Super League Franchises, England Netball, England Squash and the University of Hertfordshire.
This workshop will focus on the differences in technique for acceleration and top end speed, assist with programming for both, and give you a vast toolbox of drills for each, along with how to spot and correct errors and regress and progress exercises as required.
This workshop is well suited for: athletes, sports coaches, PE teachers, physiotherapists, sports degree students, aspiring strength & conditioning coaches.
