Southampton Athletic Club Evening Open Meeting - Wednesday 24th July 2019 Closing Date for Entries 17th July
- Open meeting for all age groups.
- Closing date for entries 17th July 2019 - no late entries will be accepted.
- The event is organised under UKA rules.
- Races will be run in PB/SB order fastest to slowest.
- PB/SB given at the time of entry will be used when seeding races this can not be changed.
- U15 athletes cannot compete in both 800m and 3K events
- Children in school years 4 & 5 can only enter the quad kids competition.
- Throws & Under 17 Long Jump will be offered 6 trials, Under 13 & Under 15 Long Jump will be offered 4 trials
- High Jump progressions will be 5cm
- Maximum of 12 athletes per field event.
- Event times maybe subject to change.
- No refunds can be given.
- Junior Age groups are: Under 11 - School Years 4 & 5, Under 13 - School Years 6 & 7, Under 15 - School Years 8 & 9, Under 17 - School Years 10 & 11
- Juniors must enter the correct events for their age group any entries for events that are for a different age group will be void.
- Under 13 to Under 17 can enter up to 3 events.
- Upon entering our competition, You agree that we may publish your Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times, occupation and age category.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
