Description

After what seems like an age, I'm delighted to announce my return to live gonging in Brighton at the Loft, one of central Brighton's most attractive venues.  The Loft recently reopened and is strictly Covid-19 compliant. Please bring your own yoga mat plus face mask and any other items to ensure you are comfortable. We have restricted numbers this time because of social distancing requirements. Arrive by 7.00pm for a 7.15pm start.  Do join us if you can for a deeply immersive, enervative yet relaxing sound journey into inner and outer space.

It was incredible! I was left in a state of emotional stillness, as though I glistened. A truly epic journey of experience, I cannot recommend it highly enough” - YogaTeacherinLondon.com

I'm not one of hyperbole but this was the most relaxing thing I've ever experienced. The thought of someone not gaining from this practice is simply inconceivable” -  TheLondonWord.com

In a gong bath, laying down on a comfortable mat or in a reclining chair, you are literally 'bathed' in sound. The cleansing metaphor holds true as the vibrating tones of the gong break through the mental and physical blocks of mind, body and spirit to promote a deep sense of well-being, relaxation and inner peace. The sound of the gong has the effect of timelessness – and of de-materialisation. People often have the experience of floating in space, or in an ocean. Some have inspiring visions, or see colours.
More than a musical instrument, the gong is a conduit for vibrational waves of energy, releasing reverberating tones of great fullness and resonance that interact with the human body on a very deep, even cellular level. The gong facilitates deep meditation; it can open all the chakras and enable healing to more readily occur, as the body concentrates on drawing in the sounds it needs to re-align and harmonise itself.
And the silence which settles when the gong bath ends is often very profound.
Most people emerge from a gong bath feeling extremely relaxed, re-energised and refreshed. The aura, nerve and immune systems seem strengthened and the inner voice of higher consciousness more easily heard.

FAQ

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

  • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

  • Where do I find a link to an online event?

Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the event online. For more information on this, read here.

  • What is refund protection and why would I need it?
