Description
Sound therapy is widely recognised as a powerful tool for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. Instruments like Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs, and Crystal Bowls produce frequencies that induce a deeply relaxed, altered state of consciousness.
This state, known as the Alpha-Theta border, allows the body to self-heal while encouraging lucid dreams and profound spiritual experiences.
Sound vibrations penetrate the body’s cells, clearing blockages and stagnant energy. When combined with intentions, affirmations, or mantras, sound becomes a powerful catalyst for healing and transformation.
A Sound Bath involves lying comfortably as waves of sound create a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. The session typically lasts 55 minutes and concludes with grounding techniques, followed by an opportunity for participants to share their experiences and reflections.
Facilitated by Marco, a Sound Therapist with over a decade of experience, this workshop invites participants to explore the profound benefits of sound healing in a supportive and interactive environment. The room is cozy and warm—please bring your own yoga mat and blanket for maximum comfort. If you don’t have one, contact me in advance, and I will provide one for you.
For the session, please bring a yoga mat to lie down on and a light blanket for warmth. We have yoga mats available, but you are welcome to bring your own. You may also consider bringing an eye mask to enhance relaxation in total darkness.

For group sound baths and immersive soundscapes, he incorporates gongs and a variety of acoustic and organic instruments to create rich, transformative sonic experiences.
