HACKNEY SOUND HEALING & FLAMINIA - SOUND BATH & VEGAN SUPPERCLUB
A soothing sound bath in the heart of Hackney Wick within a secluded church apartment. We will be featuring gongs and nepalese singing bowls followed by vegan supper.
On the 12th October we will be taking an intimate group of 10 people on a journey through intentional breathwork, meditation and sound.
In a hectic world especially in London - our attention has become a commodity, we become subjected to constant sensory input which can leave us in a state of stress, anxiety & can cause tension in the muscles, shorteness of breath and heightened alertness. Take time and honour yourself by letting go and relaxing to the seducing sounds of gongs and nepalese singing bowls. Bring awareness back to your body, mind and the breath and be guided by the immersive sounds and vibrations.
Then to complete the night we would like to continue the community atmosphere where we can exchange experiences of our journeys over a meal.
Please let us know if you have any dietry requirements and we will do our best to cater for you :)
We will be providing yoga mats, cushions, eye pillows and blankets :)
