    Description

    Worried about your child’s wellbeing?

    Are they anxious or unsettled?

How do you balance your busy-ness, your anxieties as a parent with what we all know is so important - the wellbeing of our children.

In these strange and unsettling times the wellbeing of our children is of utmost importance. There are lots of sources of support for this but, in our busy lives as parents wouldn’t it be great to have an unforgettable checklist that relates directly to our unique family?

“What Can We Do About Wellbeing?” is a thought-provoking small group workshop that will encourage you by shining a light on what you are already doing to support your children’s wellbeing. It will inspire and empower you to make a few simple changes, but more importantly, to understand why you are doing what you are doing and to help your children into good habits for their mental health and wellbeing in tricky times and in their everyday learning and life.

    All times are UK.

2 people per household are welcome to join with a single ticket.
