Social Media training for beginners, with a special course geared towards local small business owners/managers and marketers, based in Stourbridge - who needs to travel to Birmingham anyway?! And did I mention that a lovely breakfast and lunch and all the tea and coffee that you can drink are included?
I went on this course in Birmingham in September 2017 - it was eye-opening. I thought I was pretty savvy on social media, but when I saw the tools that existed in these social media platforms and saw that a simple tweak of what I said, how I said it and the addition of the right image, as well as looking at my audience and posting the right thing at the right time, to the right people, I couldn't believe what I'd been missing! Since the course, the interactions/engagements on our Facebook page posts have increased ten-fold and more. I've started a new Facebook page for The Lounge at Old Church House as a separate entity to H Porter & Sons Funeral Directors, and my next stop will be Twitter, which I am looking forward to getting my teeth into with my new-found knowledge.

Our one-day social media beginners course has been designed to give attendees a basic and clear understanding of the core social media platforms that are crucial to your business. Our newly refurbished and extended Lounge offers fantastic catering and for arrivals from 9:00, breakfast will be provided. The training will start at 9:30 prompt. Lunch is provided as are tea/coffee/water/biscuits throughout the day. Special diets can be catered for - (please advise us if this is the case) We have private off-road parking accessed either from South Road or Glebe Lane.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Social Media for Small Businesses tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
