**UPDATE ON JB GILL EVENT** following the Government's announcement with regard to non-essential travel, and social gatherings.
Having spoken with JB's agent, and having checked availability at the Post Mill, the decision has been made to POSTPONE this event to Saturday 27th March, 2021. Ticket holders have now received an email with the change of date, so if you haven't received anything, please contact the organisers, either through the SNCC FB page, or by email.
This decision hasn't been made lightly, but as we care about our community, and JB wants to support us in making sure everyone is kept safe, we have decided to wait until a better time. JB very much wants to come to South Normanton, so IS NOT cancelling.
All tickets already bought will be honoured for the rescheduled date. If you cannot make it, we will issue a refund on tickets which have been purchased, please contact us for more information.
Thank you for your understanding and patience, at this time. And please stay safe.
If you have any further questions, please do ask.
JB Gill rose to fame in one of the UK’s biggest boybands – JLS - who have JUST ANNOUNCED their comeback tour, in the Autumn!
At South Normanton Community Church, we are excited to have JB joining us, with his interviewer, before he starts preparing for the JLS tour. Whilst he won't be performing, on the night, he will be sharing stories about his life, career (what it was like to be part of the most successful boy band of its time) and how his faith has become very real to him.
Ever wanted to ask someone from JLS a question?
On the night, JB will also be taking questions from YOU - if you dare ask!
As well as being in JLS, JB is also an established member of the farming community, and likes to to educate children about the origins of their food, as the lead presenter on CBeebies’ BAFTA-nominated television series, ‘Down On The Farm’. JB’s enthusiasm for farming life and knowledge of countryside issues also sees him regularly contribute to BBC’s ‘Countryfile’ and ‘Springwatch’.
JB also performed with his wife, Chloe on the ITV Primetime show ‘Dance, Dance, Dance’, for which they won ‘Best Performance’ at the National Reality TV Awards 2017, presented on BBC's ‘Songs Of Praise’; and hosted ‘Springtime On The Farm’ and ‘Big Week At The Zoo’ for Channel 5.
