Cool your jets this summer. Coming directly from the freezer box this July, The Scotch Malt Whisky Society’s Ice Dream Drams - 12 flavours of whisky ice cream created by S.Luca, each made with the Society’s single cask whiskies.Throughout the month we’re hosting a series of Scoop Sessions, where guests are invited to discover our Ice Dream Drams flavours.We’ll be making our way through all 12 of the whisky ice creams over 4 sampling sessions, tasting the flavour of whisky we used to make the ice creams alongside.

4 whisky ice creams from our 12 tub Ice Dream Drams menu, selected by us and paired with 4 Society single cask whiskies. London Members' Room Manager, Sam MacDonald, will guide us through the matches. All 12 Ice Dream Drams are available to buy (just £1 per scoop) at our bar.
