Join me on the last Sunday of each month for a blissful 90 minute candelit yoga session that will help you to release and unwind, ready for a new month. These special evenings will include gentle yoga, guided meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama) to support ultimate relaxation.
No prior yoga experience is required and all are welcome.
