This month SLAM will be taking you on a tour of Deptford X. Deptford X is an annual arts festival that features exhibitions, open studios, performances and workshops. As London’s longest running contemporary visual arts festival, Deptford X 2015 is packed full of must-see events. SLAM will be making sure you don’t miss any of the highlights.
Our tour will also be stopping by APT who will be celebrating their 20th anniversary with ‘Twentieth’, an exhibition showcasing the diverse work of its members - artists and trustees, past and present.
Enclave is always a hive of activity and will be hosting a number of open studios and exhibitions that evening, which our tour will be exploring, including news of the world and Res. We will also be heading to BEARSPACE to take in Liz K. Miller’s solo exhibition ‘Scordatura’.
There will also be plenty to see in Creekside, Deptford’s ‘Artists’ Quarter’ with Creekside Artists presenting ‘From Creek to Coast’. We will also be stopping by the opening night of Ben Cove’s exhibition ‘Modern Language’ at Peter von Kant.
