Come to our new Singles Supper Club on 16 April in West London!
Your hosts Jess and Tash are big foodies who love cooking for friends and holding dinner parties at any opportunity, and now want to take things to the next level. Tash left her job to study Nutrition and a Natural Chef course, runs a Paleo Supper Club and regularly writes about food and nutrition at londonpaleokitchen.com. Jess works in architecture / property and is an enthusiastic cook on the side, dabbling with patisserie lessons with William Curley amongst other things.
Our food passions include Middle Eastern (we share a huge passion for anything Ottolenghi turns his hand to, which has inspired this supper club), Indian cuisine (we spent 6 months eating our way around the country), and South East Asian (Tash is half-Malaysian - what she doesn't know about Nasi Lemak isn't worth knowing) among other things.
We care hugely about the provenance of our food, sourcing ingredients locally and in season whenever possible. Our meat is always free range and fruit and vegetables fresh from the farmers market and we support small independent local retailers as much as we can.
We’ll provide great food and a relaxed, informal atmosphere, all you need to do is bring a bottle and a sense of humour!
