Ready for a great night of soulful, uplifting music?
Then join Chelmsford Community Gospel Choir as we ‘Sing Pure Gospel – an evening with the Gospel Greats’. The event will be a celebration for anyone – with or without faith – who enjoys soulful gospel sounds, upbeat rhythms and great harmonies.
Gospel music began as an expression of dignity by African slaves. Its rhythm influences popular music to this day, and its message is as relevant as ever. With over 65 million people forcibly displaced, worldwide, a population the size of the UK is denied even the dignity of living peacefully in their native country.
At this year’s concert, we’ll be selling refreshments and collecting for The J’s Hospice. Join us for an uplifting night of soulful sounds.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
