Once upon a time, in a far away swamp, there lived an ogre named Shrek whose precious solitude is suddenly shattered by an invasion of annoying fairy tale characters banished from their kingdom by the evil Lord Farquaad. Shrek seeks to cut a deal with Farquaad to enable the characters to return to their homes. He also sets out to rescue Princess Fiona, voiced by Cameron Diaz, who is destined to become Farquaad's bride. Fascinating animation that features Eddie Murphy as cackling donkey and Mike Myers as the voice of Shrek.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Shrek tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
