In 66 minutes, the barriers around Time will shatter and horrors will pour into our world - unless you can crack the cryptic clues, locate the Gates, and shut them down. Think. Think.
Competition among adventurers is intense, and the Society maintains a real-time leaderboard. You don't have to run. But you probably will. Horrors have already slipped into our dimension, and their mere presence can drain your sanity. Outwit them, outrun them, or hide from them, and hope that their lack of eyes means that they can't see you.

I have not received my Shadow over Shoreditch ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Shadow over Shoreditch tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Shadow over Shoreditch tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Shadow over Shoreditch ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
