Introducing What The Health? A wellbeing panel series created by journalist Amy Abrahams and nutritional scientist Toral Shah, founder of The Urban Kitchen.
What The Health? is back with a wellbeing special exploring what relationships are like in 2019, the myriad ways we can love, and the issues we face when it comes to finding happiness (and pleasure) - on our own or with someone else.
From flirting and f**king to identity and desire, via swiping and sexting and ghosting and more, join us on Wednesday 18 September where our top team of experts will be getting deep (and maybe a little bit dirty) on all things relationships.
For What The Health?’s fourth panel event, hosts Toral and Amy will be joined by special guests: clinical psychologist and psychosexologist Dr Karen Gurney, aka @thesexdoctor; award-winning journalist Sophie Wilkinson - Sunday Times Style, Grazia, Times2, VICE, The Guardian (@sophwilkinson); and life coach Ben Bidwell, co-host of The Naked Professors mental health podcast (@thenakedprofessor).
Together, we will be busting taboos about sex, getting honest about heartache, exploring the ways we define our sexuality and looking at how relationships impact our health – and the ways we can help ourselves feel better.
