On the Saturday 9th December join us to nourish your mind, body and soul with our wellbeing event that will help you reconnect and take time out for yourself in one of the busiest months of the year.
To kick things off we will welcome you with a refreshing juice at 11am. Then there will be a chance to exclusively shop and try on all the new Jilla Active collection with a discount for the day. We will follow this with a relaxing guided meditation and restorative sitting yoga stretches. This hour of pure bliss will be led by the wonderful Emily Eaton from @emilyandyoga will also provide you with tips on how to practise meditation and yoga at home.
Lunch time! We will then tuck into a delicious and nourishing vegetarian lunch prepared by the Po-ten-cy team. We have some mouthwatering salads including our Cinnamon Roasted Squash and Sesame Kale Salad plus Black Bean and Feta Mini Burgers and Raw Satay Noodles. We will end lunch with a scrummy raw Lemon and Basil Cheesecake!
We will finish the afternoon with medicinal lattes, lots of laughter and plenty of wellbeing treats to take away in goody bags including treats from Deliciously Ella, Squirrel Sisters, Rude Health, Kinn, tri-yoga class passes, Yogi Bare, Emily Fruit Crisps plus many more!
