w h a t : Join me for an online yoga class on the theme of self-compassion to help you end your week the best way - feeling rejuvenated in your body and at peace in your mind !
m e : My name is Anne-Margaux. I am a certified, enthusiastic and mindful yoga teacher who is eager to share the rewarding practice of yoga with you !
s t y l e : Following vinyasa yoga, I will guide you through this class by prioritising your safety and alignment in poses and focusing on synchronising each movement with your breath as we go through this restorative flow.
a c c e s s i b i l i t y : This class is open to all bodies and levels. I will guide you all the way through by making sure the flow is tailored to your body and how you feel on the day, offering variations and options that suit your needs.
u n i q u e : This class focuses on introspection through the theme of self-compassion. Drawing on the philosophy of yoga, I will offer self-compassionate cues through specific poses so that you can feel the benefits of the practice both in your body and your mind.
We will also finish the class with a meditation and journaling practice so you can apply self-compassion both on and off the mat !

My name is Anne-Margaux and I am a certified, enthusiastic and mindful yoga teacher who is eager to share the rewarding practice of yoga with you.
Join me for in person and online yoga classes that will allow you to feel rejuvenated in your body and at peace in your mind!
From dynamic vinyasa and power yoga to restorative and self-soothing classes, I prioritise safety and alignment in poses and focus on synchronising movement and breath through each flow.
My classes are open to all bodies and levels. I make sure each flow is tailored to your body and how you feel on the day and offer variations and options that suit your needs.
Encouraging introspection, I offer an inspiring theme for each class and draw on the philosophy of yoga for you to feel the benefits of the practice in your body and mind, on as well as off the mat !
