We'll be talking about cultivating joy in your life and as always there'll be a nutritional element - all about how to eat to be happy.

Lunch is served - a beautiful plant-based market table heaving with seasonal nourishing salads, plant proteins and tasty dips. Finished with a raw dessert and a warming latte to soothe your system.
